Our History
Pelican Developers, Inc. formed in 1991 with a vision and philosophy in creative, unique, and functional design. We are recognized for our originality and responsiveness to each client’s requirements. We are creative thinkers and problem-solvers. We believe the foundation for a successful project is the designer’s interpersonal relationship with the client to produce a well-defined project from start to finish. We believe designing and building a client’s dream home is the most satisfying architectural project because it’s the most complex and most rewarding experience.
We believe that each of the disciplines of design and construction is critically intertwined. A well-designed and cost-effective solution to a custom home can be maximized by budget analysis during both the design and construction phase, along with making decisions promptly during the construction with our affiliated team of architects.
Serving as the general contractor and having direct involvement of the construction allows us to refine the details of the project until completion continually. Our clients benefit from this with the early involvement during the design phase with the project architect to ensure a smooth construction project.
